One of the biggest things we will be able to do with your donations is to provide access to mental health support for men and boys in need of anxiety-focused therapies. This is for people on NHS waiting lists, and you will have the option to specify treatment with support from your GP, or we will suggest a suitable mental health professional.

Expert contributions

Our team writes all our content, including social media, website pages, and blogs. Although all of our writing is backed by the latest research and personal stories from males with anxiety, with your contributions, we would be able to provide first-hand expertise for your concerns and anxieties.

Social Events

Social events that involve physical activity, such as walks, runs, football tournaments, and more, are crucial for people with anxiety. These activities can enable people of all ages to build new connections and help reduce anxiety symptoms.

Mental Health Training

Our team is committed to providing support for individuals in need of short-term assistance through email peer support. Your donations will help us offer the best support for men and boys dealing with anxiety while they await long-term treatment.
