Our Next Event

Engaging in regular physical activity can enhance sleep quality, mood, and self-esteem while reducing stress and anxiety.

We've partnered with Run the Rec: 5K, located in Lower Kingswood, Surrey, to hold this event: 'Mind Over Miles: 5K'. It will be held on 27th October, from 11:am to 13:00pm.

It's free to participate, and any donations at the events are more than welcome!
